The first Photovoltaic class is about to graduate!

The inaugural Photovoltaic Class at ORW has concluded with fourteen participants under the guidance of Mr. Jay Warmke of Blue Rock Station. Graduation will occur pending final exams this week. We are so proud of these ladies and cannot wait to see them succeed in non-traditional work fields!

ARCH is supporting and working to expand solar panel installation training and green energy jobs in ODRC institutions, as well as reentry supports and job placement services for graduates of the program. The program will help 75 individuals over the next 3 years with training, soft skills, employer linkage and wrap around reentry support.
