Pre-Aprenticeship
Justice involved people deserve stable, well paying jobs.
ARCH is working with a local plumbing company to offer a pre-apprenticeship program for justice-impacted individuals. Cohorts have been offered at Franklin County CBCF, in conjunction with the Diversion Program with the Municipal Court, and with returning citizens.
Plumbing Class at Franklin County Community Based Correctional Faciliaty
A Cohort of 17 men at the Franklin County CBCF is enrolled in our first plumbing pre-apprenticeship partnership. We are excited about the career opportunities for these men upon release as they work to rebuild their lives.
