Pre-Aprenticeship
Justice involved people deserve stable, well paying jobs.
ARCH is working with a local plumbing company to offer a pre-apprenticeship program for justice-impacted individuals. Cohorts have been offered at Franklin County CBCF, in conjunction with the Diversion Program with the Municipal Court, and to returning citizens.
Information Sessions
We are currently recruiting for a cohort that will launch in January. We have the following sessions for justice system professionals and also interested community members. to learn more.
Information Sessions for Justice Professionals

We have two brief online presentations that will share information about this opportunity so public defenders, prosecutors, and court personnel can share about the opportunity with those in their programs. Both sessions are the same.

During this information session, ARCH and the Freeland Foundation will share information about the opportunity with the Pre-Apprenticeship program for plumbing, what the program will entail, and how people can sign up to be considered for the cohort.

If you cannot make the in-person session, please join our online meeting. This will also provide the same information, but will accommodate those who need an evening meeting or cannot come in person. The presentation will be the same as the 2nd. Please register so we can send you the link.

Plumbing Class at Franklin County Community Based Correctional Faciliaty
A Cohort of 17 men at the Franklin County CBCF is enrolled in our first plumbing pre-apprenticeship partnership. We are excited about the career opportunities for these men upon release as they work to rebuild their lives.
**This program is focused on participants eligible for "Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act" funds ( low income, justice-impacted, veterans, etc.) so the program can be offered to them with no out-of-pocket costs. Click here to apply for WIOA, a prerequisite for participants.
