The Six Degrees of Freedom Workforce Development Training Program (6DF) is an initiative of Acuity Metrology & Consulting, ARCH, and Safe Harbor Peer Support Services. 6DF seeks to equip justice involved and otherwise marginalized individuals with the skills needed to attain and hold gainful employment in the ever-growing field of manufacturing and Computer Aided Design (CAD).
The program is located in Delaware, Ohio in partnership with Spencer’s Clubhouse, a peer support, and mental health drop-in center run by Safe Harbor; and Jacob’s Way, a reentry and sober housing service provider associated with Spencer’s Clubhouse.
We offer this program to 1) individuals returning from prison or jail to Central Ohio and/or 2) individuals who are members of the Spencer’s Clubhouse at Safe Harbor.
